Yet the apparent divisiveness of nationalism, racism, sexism, ageism, and religionism seems to obliterate the intrinsic indivisibility of Life that is everyOne’s natural state.

It remains a huge deal, no matter what your political point of view that a woman has been elected as VP of the US who potentially will be the 47th President.

There was a storm of upset from Hindu nationalist when Kamala Devi Harris was elected… the first woman and a woman of color. I had suggested that it was total world conditions of pandemics and public despair that caused it to happen as if there is a divine hand moving all change… an idea familiar to Christians, Hindus and probably all faiths. So it seems not to be a too radical idea. This unique event in history has obvious implication to women’s rights, human rights, racial equality, environmental rescue and wealth equity for the entire world. For people of non fundamentalist religious sentiment this is certainly a victory of the divine in the mere fact that a woman of color has gained the lofty heights of secular power. Indian nationalist and the Christian Right are however upset because she is not aligned to fundamentalism and Hindus upset because she apparently converted to Christianity and is not entirely focused on her Indian ancestry, being a profound mix of ethnicities. About all this I would like to say…

The spiritual transmisison of grace of Veda and the reality realisers of Veda, of ancient and modern times, is of course available to all people of Mother Earth. It is not confined to nation or ethnicity…. particularly now in the time of global communication. It is the hope for humanity. The ancient people of India held something great for the Earth. May their dharma of indivisibility and intrinsic Unity that IS life and all inclusive love, flow to all people.

Many great missionaries of Veda such as Vivekananda and Yogaanda went out into the world to spread the dharma for this very purpose.

The human habit however of assuming separation, and the fear and aggression that arises to “the other” in religious, racial and national identity is the normative behavior of humanity around the world.

This of course obstructs the power of grace that otherwise is flowing freely everywhere.

There has been no sage, or Guru, reality realiser of Veda, no Avatar or Jivamukti or Acharya, no Christ or Buddha or Prophet has ever transmitted identity politics, (such as fundamentalist Christian declare their one true way that everyone must turn to). Rather such saints transmitted only Life as a Unity, only love, only God and welcome all to their company.

Prior to the English enslavers of India attributing the word “Hindu” to describe “the other” “group” which was actually a vast ancient culture of diversity, multiple language groups. and practices, this great way was simply known as the Dharma. This included all people of vastly different points of view living in a vast cultural harmony of respect, even celebration of unique individuation and differences. Even over recent centuries this Hindu culture was completely inclusive of all. It included Christian and Muslim that Hindu people welcomed as great Guru cultures in their own right along with many many others Guru Parampara (lineages) of the faithful. All were subsets of the whole beautiful world of humanity.

Now in modern times we have secular power obsessed autocrats like Trump and Modi who use fear and division to build their power base in false narratives of nationalism, race. and religious identity; groups pitted against each other’s ethnicities, nations and cultural point of view. As if we are not all indigenous to Mother Earth. As if one life does not live all. As if some don’t belong here on Mother Earth. As if the Unitary Reality or God is not the actual identity of all creatures.

In India and US, the two greatest democracies and gems of the modern era there is a serious attempt to over throw these all inclusive secular democracies by authoritarianism. The great cultural evolutionary attainment of human democracy is itself threatened to be obliterated . Democracy is a great cultural and spiritual evolution, attainment, a human treasure that needs protection along with all other treasures of human wisdom cultures of ancient days. The young people of the world are duplicating the patterns of authoritarianism. In patterned roles reacting to each other in tangled complexity they too dissociate from reality, from life as it actually is, manipulated by authority… themselves wanting to be authorities, social media influencers, teachers and “knowers” etc.

In a post truth world power is the only motive. Nothing else counts. Nothing seems to have changed in the continuity of colonial cruelty and the need to control others.

In society of course anger is necessary to throw off enslavers, yet there is also the process of pain, to grief, to compassion for yourself and everyone else for what humans have done to each other and the animals and Mother Earth. And then to love, the inherent realization of Life as the intrinsic Unity that it is.

These are the worst of times and the best of times. The best of times because Grace of Veda is flowing around the whole of Mother Earth, unobstructed like never before.

This stand is non negotiable. It requires no debate in the logics of aggression and divisiveness. It’s like… you are at One with life, or the sky is blue, or 2+2 = 4. These are just facts. You are the power of the cosmos. No argument is required of this indisputable logic. Religious life is participation in God. Not the seeking for God or the aggressive competing of “point of view”. Otherwise man’s heaven creates a hell of this abundant paradise.

The change is not to use spiritual transmission and ideas as instruments of power structures to create wealth and manipulate the public. Mere temple religion or churchy belief systems of pleading for blessings, to a higher power to help you out, changes to Yogic religion, participation in the always already Given reality. You are already blessed. You are the power of the cosmos. May everyOne feel peace in their hearts today.
